Beacon Lane Reveal!
Here is the Beacon Lane Residence again with the scaffolding removed and the addition of some charming beach landscaping.

Lagoon Front Residence
Here are the most recent pictures of a project being built on North Lagoon Drive in Toms River.
Like so many homes in this area, the original house was severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy and the owners elected to demolish the house and build new.
Its a great example of how to keep the style and charm of a traditional beach cottage while also adapting to new flood regulations.
Once complete the front of the home will feature window planter boxes, shutters and bracket detailing to enhance the cottage feel.
