solution to elegant seashore living.
In a compact footprint ,comprising
2200 square feet of open plan living space, “The Beachhouse” provides a ground
level foyer, parking and ample storage.
Two levels of living contain such
desirable amenities as 4 bedrooms and three baths. A flex space on the first
floor can be a den, office, or first floor bedroom. A large elevated first floor
deck contains an outdoor shower making returning from the beach, boat, or pool a
snap.
The Master Bedroom has a large walk in closet and optional
balcony. The Master Bath has double vanities, and a two person shower.
“The Beachhouse” has been designed
to exceed today’s rigid building requirements for construction in flood and
hurricane zones.
Plans are available for purchase and ready for building permits, and can
be customized by our team of Architects and
Designers.
