Point Lobster was recently granted approval by the Point Pleasant Beach Zoning Board.  It features an 86 seat restaurant, that is perched on the Manasquan River, in the heart of the Commercial Fishing District.

The industrial style of the building features exposed pilings, corrugated metal siding and reclaimed wood.
