Architect Gregory Cox designed all the interior and exterior renovations of this home to transform it into a classic shore residence.
Architectural details that have been incorporated into the design are the front balcony, metal roof, cedar shingle siding and dramatic revisions to the roof-line.
All changes made to this residence were able to be made with no town approvals beyond building permits.
